Wait 'er While Cafe scores 5 Stars (again)

We're pleased to announce that Bullion Hall's Wait 'er While Cafe has received another 5 Star Food Hygiene Rating following an inspection from Durham County Council. Food Standards Agency ratings consider how food is handled, stored and prepared along with the cleanliness of the premises and how food safety is managed. 5 is top of the scale and means the hygiene standards are very good and fully comply with the law.
